Buying Tickets

Q1:
How can I buy tickets?

A1:
Please request tickets online. After processed, ”Confirmation Email” will be sent to your registered email address within 10 days. If announced ticket is AVAILABLE, you are required to FAX/Email us your passport copy. After we checked your passport copy, you will receive a Final confirmation email with ticket pick-up procedure and information. Print out the Final confirmation email in order to exchange your entrance ticket on the show date.

What kind of payment do you accept?

A2:
We offer Cash on Delivery payment.
Transaction details will be shown in the "Confirmation Email" or on the application page.


Q3:
What is the meaning of overseas living?

A3:
It indicates those who are not living in Japan. (Nationality does not matter)
However, those who are traveling or temporarily staying overseas are not applicable.


Q4:
I am Japanese but living overseas. Can I request tickets?

A4:
Yes, We accept your request if you can show something to prove that you are living in foreign countries.
e.g. your return air-ticket, public postal matter to be able to confirm address & name
It is necessary to show these at the Ticket Box on the show date.


Q5:
I am a foreigner but living in Japan. Can I request tickets?

A5:
No. Jticket International only accept applicans who are living overseas. Please use our Jticket domestic version if you live in Japan.


Q6:
Once I requested tickets, will tickets be available to me?

A6:
No. Ticket availability will be decided by lot drawing.There is the possibility that no ticket will be offered to you.
After you submit your request, it does not confirm ticket availability.
You will receive a Confirmation Email notifying you "ticket available" or "ticket NOT available"
Please check the Confirmation Email.


Q7:
Can I choose my seating location?

A7:
No. All seatings are allocated by us. Check your location when you receive the tickets on the show date.


Q8:
My companion must be living overseas as well?

A8:
No. We will not consider if your companion is living overseas or in Japan.

Q1:
After submitting my request, what kind of email will I receive?

A1:
You will receive a "Registration Accepted Email" after submitting your request.
And "Confirmation Email"announcing your ticket availability will be sent within 10 days.

After submitting my request, if I did not receive any email from Jticket?

Collecting Tickets

Q1:
Can my tickets be shipped?

A1:
No. You can only collect your tickets directly via our Ticket Box on the show date.


Q2:
What is necessary in order to collect my tickets?

A2:
Applicants are required to present an identification paper (such as a passport), a copy of confirmation email, and the purchase money for ticket (only Japanese YEN accepted).
Applicant must come in person.


Q3:
Where can I collect my tickets?

A3:
Tickets will be given out via our Ticket Box at the venue. Details will be shown in the Confirmation Email.


Q4:
When can I collect my tickets?

A4:
Depending on the event. Details will be shown in the Confirmation Email.


Q5:
The availability of the ticket I requested has been confirmed,but I cannot attend the event.

A5:
There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges due to any reasons.


Q6:
Can I ask another person to collect my tickets?

A6:
No. Please come in person. We will not give out the tickets except the applicant.


Q7:
If my companion arrive late?

A7:
It is not possible to enter the venue until you and your companions all arrive.


Q8:
How can I know my seating location?

A8:
We will pass you the tickets after checked all your personal identification. Seating location is printed on the tickets.


Q9:
Any Chinese or English speaking staff in the Ticket Box?

A9:
Basically, Japanese speaking only. If there are any questions, please send email to .

About the event

Q1:
If my companion is a child?

A1:
Ticket is required for children over 3 years old.
Ticket is not necessary for children under 3 years old.
However, one ticket is needed when there are two children under 3 years old.


Q2:
Can I entry the venue if being late?

A2:
Basically you can entry the venue after the event has started.
But some events/venues do not allow late-entry.
Please send email to if you know you will be late.


Q3:
Can I bring a camera to the event?

A3:
No. Recording and/or taking picture in the venue is prohibited. You might be asked to leave the event.

Cancellations or exchanges

Q1:
If I find out that I cannot attend the event after my ticket availability is confirmed, Is it possible to cancel the ticket?

A1:
We apologize for any inconvenience, but, as with all Jticket international ticket sales, there are no cancellations.
Please make sure that you definitely attend the show.

Can I exchange my tickets if another show date is announced?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but, as with all Jticket international ticket sales, there are no exchanges.

What if my event is cancelled or postponed?

A3:
If an event is cancelled or postponed, we will notify you via your registered email and our website.
Rescheduled details will be issued.
